Approves feasibility studies of all non-strategic projects and coordination of PPP pipeline with Government plans and developments.

Manages all the PPP issues relating to the Department and ensuring the proper coordination is implemented confirming with the RGoZ objectives and proper procedures are followed and relevant approvals are obtained during development and implementation of the projects. 

Functions

• Serves as the secretariat for the PPP Technical Committee.
• Review of Unsolicited Proposals under consideration.
• Approval of Feasibility Studies for non-strategic projects, and 
• Providing support to Implementing Authorities in: –
  • Coordination of technical and transaction advisors
  • Undertaking of feasibility studies
  • Project tendering and bid selection
  • Contract signing and management, and
  • Project monitoring and evaluation.
